I've recently immigrated to Boston from Dublin, Ireland and am interested in technology start-up companies, particularly green energy technology. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Innovation & Technology from Dublin City University in November of this year, with an in depth knowledge of marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. My most recent professional experiences include assisting with the marketing of the Ideas Boston conference at UMass Boston, interning at a TechStars affiliated venture capital and education organization in Dublin (http://bit.ly/t2TrEf), performing marketing consulting work for an Irish start-up company, and interning in the financial services sector in Dublin. I also assisted with the creation of an Irish entrepreneur community group called Bizminds. My main interest is exploring new marketing ideas and innovations through my personal idea log, and online resources such as Springwise.
